EACH MODEL CAN BE MODIFIED TO SUIT CUSTOM ORDER PREFERENCE OF TAIL SHAPE AND FIN SETTINGS.

 "THE CONTENDER" is my version of the modern thruster shortboard. It is based on many years of feedback from a wide variety of contest surfers, melding the required elements for consistent surfing. The model featured is a 6'1" but I have shaped them down to 5'8" and up to 6'4". 

"ELECTRIC" is how these boards feel. The designs are no different to my other shortboards, just the materials. The foam is EPS (expanded polystyrene) glued up with a PVC (polyvinyl carbonate) stringer and coated using epoxy resin. The result is a stronger construction per weight ratio that feels alive under your feet. These boards are not moulded so you can custom order your personal shape.

"THE MODQUAD" was something that I designed for myself being a lover of the original four fin designs of the early 80’s (The Fourplay). Having amplified the design by mixing new with old to create a board that can change direction as quick as you can change your mind while still being able to draw thruster lines. A fun board to have in the quiver when your feeling hypo. The model featured is a 6'2" but I have shaped them down to 5'8" and up to 6'10".

"THE FRESH FISH" is a modern style small wave performer. If speed and snappy surfing is your pleasure in small waves, then this fish will have you flying. Best glassed in light weight "Electric" epoxy to make you feel fresh and alive in the smaller conditions. The model featured is a 5'11" but I have shaped them down to 5'7" and up to 6'8".

I named the grommet model the “BLUE ASS FLY” because that is what they remind me of in the water, buzzing around with abundant energy looking for anything they can get their grubby little hands on. The boards themselves are condensed models of the Contender but with the necessary adjustments to the rocker and fins. The model featured is a 5'6" but I have shaped them down to 4'9" and up to 5'8".

"THE REJUVENATOR" was designed for the mal rider who is looking for a shorter board to manoeuver in surf that is too hollow for the longer lines of a mal. It is also a great surfboard for a beginner who is looking at short board surfing as their eventual destination. The model featured is a 7'2" but I have shaped them down to 6'10" and up to 7'6".

“THE SAWN OFF SHOTTY” is your mid size gun for solid waves. Designed to draw a bit longer line and hold in through pressure turns, this model will have you spraying heavy pellets of water. Talk with Ken about what you are currently ridding to work out your specific needs. The model featured is a 6'6" but I have shaped them down to 6'1" and up to 7'0".






“THE SHOTTY” this model is your big wave gun and will get you to where you need to be in serious surf. Because big wave shape varies (eg. Hawaii to Indo) you need to talk with Ken about the waves you aim to shoot. The model featured is a 7'4" but I have shaped them down to 7'0" and up to 10'0".

 "THE WHIPPET” is a model that I have developed with a few tow in surfers that require performance and reliability when placed in heavy situations. All boards are glassed to last and come with straps. The model featured is a 5'8 but best to custom order for specified tow in conditions.
